Whether it’s wandering around a foreign country on a moped, searching for marine life in tide pools, taking a watercolor painting class at a local flower garden, tasting all the gelato flavors, or picking apples at an orchard, I’ve discovered that my life is most rich when I am exploring and experiencing.

Bon Jovi sums up my motto well in these three lines:

It’s my life, it’s now or never
I ain’t gonna live forever
I just wanna live while I’m alive

I live near the Rocky Mountains and I love to explore–my own state of Colorado, as well as other states in the U.S. and countries around the globe.  I’ve been incredibly lucky to be able to visit many places around the world and try a variety of activities, often with my husband Jim and sometimes with our four kids.
